Basketball shoes have gotten pretty expensive. Even crappy shoes are 60 bucks. Anyone have any recommendation for shoes that are relatively cheap and aren't bad? My main requirement is having good traction. Obviously having older shoes doesn't help since the soles are worn out.
In for suggestions I need some new ones i guess my budget is $110, no fukin lelayup shoes they are hideous
You can find barely used Lebrons on eBay for less than that. If you don't mind them being used by some kid wno just walked around the mall with them you can do that. Lebron's are the best Bball shoes I've used. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lebron-11-Hornets-size-10-/231478891006?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35e53791fe
I watched Dual Survival once. They made shoes out of plant life. I think I can do it too. PM me for shoes.
You can find new Nike Hyperfuses or Hyperdunks (like the 2013 or 2014 versions) for less than $100 for sure. I feel like most guys at college gyms wear Hyperdunks, and I had a pair of Hyperfuses that I loved. Light, good cushioning and ankle support (if you're against lowtops). Also I'm pretty sure Kobe 8s will be near $100ish now that the 10s have come out.
You can get the same basic shoe Harden wore (Zoom Run the One, different colorway) for well less than $100 if you are OK with a lowtop. eg Footlockers has them for $80.
The Nike outlet in Grand Prairie, has 2014 hyper dunks under $100 and several other shoes. Isn't there a Nike outlet in Houston?
The shoes James Harden wears are around $80. http://www.eastbay.com/_-_/keyword-nike+run+the+one You can also use a coupon code for eastbay for 15 percent off, and they also have free shipping for $75+. The 15 percent off is here: http://www.retailmenot.com/view/eastbay.com The shoes seem to have gotten pretty good reviews, and the colorways aren't too bad.
