With baseball season here, I am in the mood to buy a baseball game for XBOX.

Can anyone who has played the new games tell me anything about them?

I know of High Heat, All-Star Baseball, MVP Baseball, World Series, and there are probably 2-3 others I am forgetting.

I played MVP Baseball at Gamestop for 5 minutes, and it was pretty good. I like the new pitching and hitting gameplay. All in all, I liked it, but I have nothing to compare it to this year.

I would highly recommend All Star Baseball by Acclaim, and not just because a good friend of mine in Austin is one of the lead developers. It's the best baseball game out there, bar none.

I've played High Heat on the PC & it's pretty good also.

World Series Baseball has traditionally sucked ass big time.

I had a Microsoft baseball game for PC a couple of years ago which I really liked so I'm leaning towards their game for Xbox (forgot the name) but it doesn't come out till May.

World Series Baseball 2K3 is coming out soon, or maybe already out. I've seen screenshots, and they look awesome.

I just picked up World Series 2k3. I must say that this is, in my opinion the best looking and playing baseball game on any console. My roommate has Allstar 2004 and World series blows that out of the water.

The franchise mode is incredibly deep and the gameplay is a ten.

Allstar baseball's graphics aren't up to par, the game play is off. It's impossible to even get a hit. Derek Jeter's hints are annoying.

If your looking for a refined, great looking baseball sim, WSK 2k3 is the one for you.

High Heat has all levels...single, double and triple A, as well as DL and inactive list

World Series also has a farm system. Although I don't know if it goes as deep as A ball

Wow, the more I read about WSB 2K3, the quicker I want to run out and get it.

Franchise mode is what I love about the sports games.

I hope Kent is in the Astros lineup already.

UTWeezer, how's the create a player mode?

It is very deep. You can create a player down to the type of facial hair.
