If either one is smart he will stay far, far away from Manny Pacquiao.

Yea I remember that, one of the moron judges didn't give Pac the first round 10-6 so it was a scoring error. I felt bad for Pac I really thought he got robbed. It was courageous performance by Marquez though, getting off the deck I thought he was gone in the first, I was surprised the ref let it keep going after the third knockdown.

Great fight but horrible judging. No way it was that lopsided.

he clearly got knocked down, but he didn't get KO'd.

I agree the fight wasn't as lopsided as the scoring, but I thought Marquez won the fight.

3 good fights, worth the money.

3 good fights but horrible judging in all of them. They were all scored almost exactly the same. And Barrera didn't really hit Marquez "while he was down" because the ref never called it a knockdown. So Barrera hesitated because he knew it was a knockdown, but since the ref didnt say anything, he figured Marquez was going to get back up so why not hit him again. It was the ref's mistake, I hate that ref, I never like the way he does his job. Very entertaining fight regardless, I honestly didn't think Barrera could fight the way he did, no way he should retire yet.

at least they were consistent, the scoring were so ridiculously lopsided in all the fights last night.

Barrera had a few very good rounds early but overall the fight was very competitive.

The ref Nady just f up big time. When Marquez was down, he didn't do anything... he didn't rule a knock down or a slip... so I guess Barrera thought since no one is calling nothing and marquez looked like was about to get up, he might as well punch him again.

All the fights were good last night, but the judging and ref were horrible.

I want to see Marquez vs. Pacquiao again. I still think barrera can't beat pacman, he is going to be overwhelmed in the middle to late round by pacman punching power and outputs.

It's clear that the featherweight division is the best in boxing right now and has been for a while. My personal favorites are Barrera, Morales, Pacquiao and my boy Prince Naseem Hamed. He is not on the other guys level, but he put up some entertaining matches when he was fighting. Thats until Barerra humbled him.

You mean until Barrera ripped him a new one and retired his ass.

Rafael Marquez (Juan Manuel's brother) is way better and stronger and more skilled than Juan Manuel. Juan Manuel seemed a little too slow last night. He wasnt the JM of before. Maybe he was nervous.
