I believer you are praising Bob's post due to its high quality, but are putting down the people in the BBS for responding to low quality posts (are you against the Comets? ). j/k. Anyway, going by this assumption, we would take: x=responses y=quality y=1/x Highest quality would then be 100% (or 1 out of 1).
