Thanks to Gidget my kids wanted a Chihuahua, so we got one in 1992 or so. Her name was "Cookie" and she just died around the Fourth of July. Cookie was a favorite of my daughter who has just returned from a year in New Zealand. She had said good-bye to Cookie when she left last summer because she really didn't expect Cookie to live out the year. They missed on another by two days.... :(

Sorry to hear that. Very heartbreaking. RIP Cookie.

I don't know why, but I just laughed very loudly at this.

Because Taco Bell meat probably is at least 20% dog. Might be the only type of verifiable meat in what Taco Bell calls meat.

I'm only anti-Taco Bell or any Yum Brand company (TB, Long John Silvers, A&W, Pizza Hut, KFC...well, maybe not KFC).

In college, I wouldn't eat taco bell even though I was stoned pretty much 24/7.

I was always very fond of Taco Bell, but only for their bean and cheese burritos.

Cheap, and really good cold after sitting in the fridge for a few hours.

I do miss those every once in a while.

How about the Cheeserito? Ever try that?

    From the web:

    http://www.google.com/search?source...cheesarito&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=&aqi=g1

    Cheesarito
Description: This discontinued burrito had Mexican Pizza sauce, two helpings of cheddar cheese and green onions, all nicely steamed and melted.
Never got to try this (thanks for the info Grace!) but thankfully there seem to be Taco Bells that still make this!
Julie's Opinion: I still order this. I usually have to tell them how to make it. But it is sooooo worth it. Mmmm. . . . . warm melted cheesy goodness. This is the best old school item!

I don't recall every eating that.

My fast food experiences growing up were mostly limited to Burger King, McDonalds, and Jack in the Box.

When I got older I hit up Taco Bell a lot, the Fire Sauce is pretty tasty.

Never cared for their beef though. Looked like dog food.

I'm glad I don't have a Jack in the Box or Taco Bell near where I live. I don't have to worry about ever eating at those places. I've seen Taco Bell meat being readied and the amount of grease coming out of that meat was enough to make the heart stop just by looking at it. It was gross.

You've got to be kidding me.

Del Taco is a step below Taco Bell, and I never thought that was possible.

    Awful, awful food.

It was damn good. Hell, I may just hit up my local Taco Bell and see if they'll make me one.

Taco Bueno is much worse, as well. Taco Cabana on the other hand has much better food.

You can now order the Tacos "fresca" style, which makes them much healthier.

How about Taco John's. Any "taco" place based in that mexican food mecca known as Cheyenne, WY has to be good...right?
