I feel the Rockets would have won this game if Francis hadn't gone down with the ankle injury. He was playing so well. He came back in, but he wasn't the same. Would anyone like to comment. ------------------
good post. i agree. the rockets had the momentum. when he went out.... things fell apart some. ------------------ --TEX
Didn't get to listen to much of the game... what injury? How bad? I guess if he came back in later, it couldn't have been all that bad. ------------------ I use smilies and I LOL -- I'm your worst nightmare.
Steve went out with about 3.5 minutes on the clock with an ankle sprain. He left to get it retaped. When he got back the Rox were down by a trey. There was about 2 minutes on the clock when Steve came back but it was obvious that the ankle was bothering him. He did not have the same explosiveness when he came back twice getting trapped between to players. Once he had to call a time out and the other time he took a bad shot. ------------------
Thats 2 games that will come to bite us in the ass. First the Clippers now this. We should be 15-8 ------------------
He did not look any different to me, I think the Nuggets just started trapping him, forcing him to give it up earlier. DaDakota ------------------ If Mankind evolved from Monkeys and Apes, then why are there still Monkeys and apes?
The Nuggets are much better than the Clippers. The Nuggets had just beaten the Spurs as well, so its not like they're not playing well. ------------------ http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/houstonrockets2000
If it makes you feel any better, the Clippers just put a whoopin' on the Suns recently. ------------------ I use smilies and I LOL -- I'm your worst nightmare.
I forgot about the Francis injury. That really took the game's momentum away for the Rockets. I can accept them losing to this team simply because of that injury. Still, the Rockets should have had the game put away by halftime. ------------------ "Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning how to put food on their family while being put to death."
