[Bad Company 2]

Not trading in my copy of MW2 for it, but I'm picking it up in a few hours for the PS3. Reserved it a few months back to get into the PS3 beta, which they closed as soon as I got home to input the beta code.

Which system everyone picking it up for? I'm assuming 75% will be 360. Especially with the PSN debacle a few days back. ApocalyPS3, Y2PS3..... whichever way you want to go with it.

Call me crazy, but I'm going to go through the single player campaign first.

 

I had it pre-ordered on Amazon, but decided to cancel it last minute.

 

WHy would you trade in MW 2 for this game?

I don't like the Battlefield series, they all seem the exact same to me, particularly the online play which is just average

 

I still can't believe you can't go prone. I know this may seem absurd, but that's one of the main reasons I cancelled.

Where can you do this? Straight trade?

 

The cheating in MW2 is really turning me off. I may pick this game up if the reviews are good enough.

modern warfare lifted lots from medal of honor and battlefield.

IMO both games are better than modern warfare...

can't wait for medal of honor reboot this fall...gonna be intense.

interesting to see where the next call of duty goes...i'm hoping vietnam or korea.

I'm really considering doing this. I wish my computer could run it, I played Battlefield 2 on PC for almost 3 years. I played the PS3 demo for Bad Company and while I like the game, it just ain't the same as playing on PC.

 

the cheating is getting bad, but I think that comes with more people that play the game. MF has an incredible amount of online players that a game like Bad Company doesnt.

If you cannot go prone like Mic said, there is no way I am getting this

 

Wait it is on PC too? Screw this Xbox version then.....PC here I come...wooohooo.

Gonna give the Xbox version to my kids.
