Wow. I wonder if there's a code in women's prison, like in other jails, about how if your crime was against a kid, they seriously f*** you up.
Wow. That lady is F'd up. I would be raging big time if I was the father. ( Good thing I am not) Probably wouldn't have called the cops I would be so angry. What could an 11 month do to possess her to do all that stuff to him. Edit: His reaction at 3:27 is exactly how I feel.
Oh. My. God. "I was mad at the family so I took it out on an 11 year old." What a cowardly excuse. She says she has seen the video and "knows it looks bad." This woman must have some mental/emotional trauma involving infants, her behavior is so unnatural I have to believe this lady might have miscarried, had trouble conceiving, has awful relationships with her children/parents, or have some other kind of baby trauma in her past. This is up there with some of the most heinous things I have ever seen. Throw the book at baby kickers.
How is vivi with kids? Seriously though, if that were my kid & babysitter, I'd probably be going to prison for assaulting and battery of the babysitter.
Gah. Video is blocked at work and I'll probably forget to watch this when I get home. What did she do?
Slapped, kicked, threw a ball, threw some other stuff, swung the baby by the arms, shook him around a little, all while the baby is sitting there playing.
while this is a very disturbing video and she should be punished severely, I'm not sure why it's being shown on Local 2 Investigates. It seems clear to me that they are implying this happened in Houston and even claim to have the acutal DVD and they say they spoke to the father, but a quick google search reveals this happened in Jacksonville, Fla and was reported originally by a jacksonville news station first (where they showed the exact same video). I know that's not the point of this thread, but when local news reporters recycle stories from other cities without so much as an effort to clarify it, it just makes me lose that much more faith in local news.
^ No one said it was from HOUSTON. As soon as I saw "Diane Choe", I asked myself: 'Who is that?' and then I learned she isn't from CHANNEL 2 KPRC in HOUSTON. This happens all the time on news channel websites... don't sweat the small stuff. It's cool we learn these things from other cities.
more than that, they pull a michael moore type edit on this. jumping from clip to clip in the video. 8:47:56 8:54:16 8:47:48 8:10:51 8:53:39 8:48:05 8:54:04 8:54:13 8:54:30 9:10:00 9:10:29 8:54:15 8:53:47 9:10:01 it's a good thing this lady will be locked up, but this is some shady reporting.
How is this shady? The clip jumps around yes, but it showed what she did. 8:47 - 9:10 is 23 minutes. They were just showing clips of what she was doing to the baby. I must be missing your point here.
