Only 17 more Guards to add to our Summer League team and we're all set.

The D-League team needs guards. G-Lock got picked up by the Lakers, Glen Rice Jr got drafted, and DJ Kennedy might get a chance on someone's team.

The summer league isn't just for NBA teams but it gives players the opportunity to make a D-League team if they can't make an NBA squad.

Seems like Morey is searching for someone who can eventually back up Harden at a cheap price.

Andrew Goudelock will not be back with LAL for 2013-14 season. He'd be a nice pickup for us.

I've seen every single college game B.J. Young played. He had a GREAT freshman season, but his shooting mechanics were completely different this season (for the worse). He was, for the most part, a bad teammate at Arkansas. He was suspended once and was in and out of the starting the lineup (though some of that was not disciplinary). In his defense (re: being a bad teammate), he didn't have a ton of help or very many guys that could step up, so he forced a lot of stuff and actually won the Razorbacks several games because of it (though it could be argued he lost them a few games, too).

He'd be a great player to sign for the minimum and stash in the D-League until he gets his shot fixed. He's not Ray Allen or anything, but if he can just get his stroke to where it was as a freshman (50% from the field, 41% from 3), he's an NBA player. He has a elite speed with the ball in his hands and a unique knack for getting to the hoop. Being surrounded by like talent should help him out a lot, but the main thing is fixing what he broke with his shot. It was a season-long problem that obviously carried over in pre-draft workouts. Also, he doesn't like to play defense.

He's going to have to focus on getting to the rim more until his shot starts falling consistently. His quickness and ability to change speed and direction, combined with a deadly crossover should be his strengths and give defenses fits. He also seems to have a mini-Eurostep in his arsenal.

Another Arkansas fan here. Just wanted to add that his first step is incredibly explosive. Don't know if he'll ever make it, with inconsistency being his biggest issue, but at his best, he belongs in the league.
