I recently came upon a pair of autographed game-worn Hakeem Olajuwon shoes. I purchased them through an auction we had for our senior class here at Lehigh University. The shoes were donated for auction by Doug Collins, whose daughter attends our school. I do not have any form of authenticity other than the her word as to her father donating them. I met her father once at a game here (she plays for our girls team), so I know she is in fact his daughter. I did manage to find out they were worn during a game from the 1999-2000 season.
