With the job market sucking ass right now, I thought some of you out there might be interested. I am looking for some people with a flexible schedule(ie. available evening hours, weekends & holidays...all a must) and a CSR/Tech Support type background to do customer service/tech support for the X-Box(yes the gaming system). Experience with a PC and common software(Excel, Word, internet) is also helpful. Hours can be any 8 hours between 8am-12am. Attendance is cruical. The work is fast paced, but very repetitive, taking 50-100 calls per day. Pay is $9.50/hr until you are made perm where it could be raised to $10.
I might be interested in the tech job. Does it require serious technical knowledge or is it something that is scripted to help people out? Also can you work PT or is it all FT work? Thx pimp
