Attn Austinites: APD Seeks Suspect In Kitten Killings

"A sickening Austin ritual has returned. Someone is throwing kittens off highway overpasses, killing them. Police say in the past few weeks 10 to 15 kittens have been thrown to the pavement along I-35, Mopac, US 183 and Loop 360. Only two of the kittens survived. One, named Gypsy, was just three weeks old when someone tossed her onto I-35. A passing motorist called police; and Gypsy was saved. The cat has recovered and is now being cared for by a loving family. Authorities say this is the third straight year this has been happening. It's a felony crime. Officers say if you see someone doing it, write down their license plate number and dial 911. There's even a $3 thousand dollar reward for help with a capture. The money is being offered by Animal Trustees of Austin. For more information, contact Missy McCullough. The phone number is 450-1504."

I've got a kitten killing story that's tons worse than that one. Two crazy most-likely serial killer twins that I went to junior high with. I get sick thinking about it.

Didn't this happen last summer about the same time??? Last year I remember always passing the billboard about this at Airport and I-35. How sad!
