6-0 CU. I've been saying all year that our D is good, they're just getting hosed by our O. Proven by the two times we've been in the red zone and kicked FG's. But our kicker rocks. 60 yarder last week.
13-7 CU at halftime. Shawn Watson (our offensive coordinator that makes Greg Davis look like a GENIUS) is actually calling a decent game. If he keeps this up, he'll be upgraded from "cymbal banging monkey" to "trained chimpanzee". That said, this is probably the wake up call for aTm. I'm still not liking my odds.
100% serious. Last week, one of my friends came to the CU-ISU game. Hadn't seen a CU game this year. He correctly predicted 60-70% of the plays. Not only the play, but who it was going to and what the end result would be. It's ugly. This is the playcalling game of his life.
20-19 aTm. Gee, I'm so glad we went for 2 in the EARLY THIRD QUARTER! I think this helps prove my point about Barnett & Watson.
Wasn't Vince Young supposed to be better than McNeal coming out of high school? I guess that shows what coaching can do. Sorry, back to the game...
A&M has first and goal from the 1, but CU holds them the a FG. 29-26, CU about to get the ball in OT.
And because we "hung tough" with a top 20 ranked team, people will consider this a moral victory. I was really hoping aTm would beat the hell out of us so we could get the joke of a coaching staff out of this school.
