Heads up if you're trying to watch the TEXANS vs Tucking Fitans' game.

I just called support, and "William" at at&t u-Verse mentioned that everyone (I asked: "Whole nation?" he said: "Yes") will have problems with their HD signal. He didn't know where or how, or if someone will just flip a switch, but I can't get HD on any channel, much less my Texans' game against Collins. :(

I am leaving out until I get some shopping done, but their regular channel 11 (CBS, NFL) is working, so I am going to DVR it.

One more like this and I will cut off these bozos from subscription.

Uverse does suck, but I've been able to watch the games in HD. Just reset your Set Top Box. Also, be sure to call in and get your $15 credit for the outage.

Yeah, they had a national wide outage today. They were able to restore channels slowly throughout the day, starting with local channels first, but you had to reset your DVR/STB to get them though.

As for the credit, just say that you would like to get credit for the outage and they'll give you $15. I don't know if you can still do it because the outage is over, but it worked for me when I finally got through earlier today. I got the tip from uverseusers.com

I got a U-Verse mailer the other day, and checked it out and it is available in my area. Even with 5 television receivers and a much faster internet package, the service is about $15 bucks cheaper than Concast.

Are there any special promo's going on with U-verse that could make the deal any sweeter?

How is everyone's experience with U-Verse so far? Have there been any more outages with the service?

    Thanks.
