I called them to renew my dsl contract on August, and they told me my price for the new contract will be 19.99 for one year. Two months later, I checked my bills, the first month, they charge me 50 bucks, so I called them, and the rep said that I would get credit back this month, this month, they're charging me 35 bucks, so I called them again, they told me that I'm too far out of the service, if I still want to keep my service, I have to pay 35 bucks instead of 20 bucks. To me, this is completely bull****, it's violating a contract, I had this service for 4 years, and they said they're not even to provide service in my area, but they will if I pay a higher price. They just act that they don't care, and acting like bullshiz. I already talked to their specialist, or supervisor, and now I'm really pissed off, what else can I do? Where should I complaint about this problem and report about their bullshiz?

Thanks for your help, Roxfan. I think I already got everything sort it out, I hope...If I have more problems, then I will ask for your help... One lesson I learned is that never call regualar service for help, call for RETENTION CENTER, no bullshiz, they will get it down straight up.
i got charged 200 dollars cancellation fee, even though the lady who cancelled my accnt never mentioned it, and when i signed up with them they said i wont have to pay cancellation if they cant provide service in my new area...
Im paying $30 a month for 6.0mbps with AT&T and im loving it. Tho right when my last contract expired they charged me up $55 for the month.
