    Pitching Probables

    8/15 R. Villone vs Graves @ 6:10pm

    8/16 W. Miller vs Etherton @ 12:20pm

    8/17 T. Redding vs Wilson @ 12:15pm

Well. Let's see. So far this season the Astros have owned the Reds. The reds won the first game of this seasons series but have lost nine in a row. So the Astros hope history will play its part tonight and give them the W.

    WWW

    Tonight's game:
    **6:10pm. Ch.51

I will watch the first hour of the game and then tune into the Texan's game. Then I will have to see which game is more entertaining.

Please score more than 8 runs in this series. (Astros only scored 8 runs in the 4 game series against the Cubs.)

    Let's Go 'Stros!!

it's just too frustrating to watch the astros

Some pinch hitter got a 2 out double and drove in 2 runs to give the Reds a 4 - 3 lead

There were 2 outs and Dotel was pitching. I believe he even had 2 strikes on the guy.

How in the hell did the core of this team win 102 games in '98?!?!?!

Can anyone fathom that losing 2 more games will tie the number of loses for the '98 season? This team is despicable.

    There's always next year.

In '98 both Biggio and Bagwell were in the top 5 players in the league. Biggio was batting .325 with 50 steals and 20 HRs while Bagwell was hitting .304 with 34 HR's and 111 rbi's. The core of this team is not in their prime anymoreand Biggio shouldn't even be an every day player.

I'm actually impressed how well the Astros did this season considering how little we've gotten from Oswalt and Miller. Hopefully they can return to their 2002 form next season.

as dissapointed as i am and it's alot, some of you guys are giving up a bit too early on a team that's a 1/2 game out of first. if it plays out normal then the cubs will implode and we'll battle out st. louis for the next month. their pitching is absolutely horrible and hopefully this red's series will spark our bats.

go 'stros and hurry back oswalt.

Fox can kiss my ass. Let's see...every time they have the opportunity to show an Astros game...they always end up showing some out of market game. I am in D/FW...not Chicago or LA so why would I give a crap about that game? Yet, their showing it. Why wouldn't they just show the Astros game? It stands to reason that since I'm in Texas...that I should get the Astros game.

I'm sure there is a reason but it doesn't make sense to me.
