    Probable Pitchers

    9/5 Fernandez vs Eaton

    9/6 Villone vs Jarvis

    9/7 Miller vs Peavy

Well, we lost the last series against them, Let's take this one from Pad country.

Astros are back in first place, though a loss would change that quickly. The Central Division is so unstable. Just about every day there is a different team in first place.

    WWW

    Streak begins...

thought...hopefully the consistency of having a low score game after a high one ends.

8 runs in the last game against LA....Please put up more than 1.

Looks like it is going to be a humid night...hopefully this will help our knuckle baller

I love your optimism. Hell... why not? I say they sweep too.

How long again until Oswalt returns? Maybe he'll be in midseason form by the time October rolls around!

Oswalt will start the openor against the Brewers. Jimmy set it up like this so Oswalt could face the Cardinals 2 times in a row, opposed to Miller only facing them once.

I have a bad feeling about SD. It seems like they always kick are butts when we play them. The Stros need to get their offense together. Redding has the worst run support not just in the national league, but all of baseball.

I hope Oswalt gives this team the boost it so desperatly needs.

The Stros have been really struggling of late, so here is to a sweep.

They may not be playing superior ball, but to say they're really struggling of late is completely inaccurate. They recently won two series against the Dodgers (including shelling Kevin Brown) and won a series with the Cubs. Sure, you have to throw in the series losses to the Reds and Padres, but that doesn't equal to "really struggling".

.500 ball in a stretch drive is struggling.

However, with Roy coming back, I feel a winning streak...

The good news is Ryan Klesko won't be playing for the Padres. He is injured and done for the year. However they do have ex-Astro draft pick Phil Nevin back and have added Brian Giles from the Pirates, so it won't be a cakewalk.

    We still sweep[IMG]

We need to sweep, but I'll settle for 2 of 3...

It won't be easy, but this is the time to step it up...
