Its going to be tough, but we need to take 2 out of 3 to get back on a winning track. Our offense needs to get their act together, and hopefully the closer situation will resolve its self, one way or another, on this trip. WLW
I hope our "closer" can get his stuff together. Man...... come on Stros! They've got to get it together. We have not been a good team lately, the offense has been sleeping. Somebody/something needs to wake it up again. We really need our offense back. The pitching hasn't been bad.
Those 2 losses to the mets were difficult to watch......esp the Clemens game.....hopefully the Stros can get back on track.... WWW

I just think we're in a lull. Every team goes through them a few times a year and I think this will be our worst one. We'll be back to completing series wins in no time.
I agree. Maybe I'm just in a depressed state of mind after that crappy homestand. The Astros better do something to restore my faith or I'm going to soon publish my doomsday season-ending predictions which currently are not pretty.
Hot damn. 3-0 Stros in the 2nd inning. Willis, after a 91 pitch complete game, is up to almost 50 pitches in the 2nd inning. Baseball is the strangest game...................
