The astronauts have those heavy suits so the cavemen's clubs could not affect them plus the astronauts are infinitely more intelligent than the cavemen, so they will figure out something to win as well.
I wonder in the Cavemen could sue the Federal Goverment to get their land back. This could become a court battle.

No modern weaponry equals no chance in hell for the astronauts. Cavemen were freaking hardcore, man, and they weren't as dumb as many people seem to think. There were certainly more wily and canny in the arts of hunting and fighting than any modern spaceman. The soft, namby-pamby astronauts wouldn't have a prayer.

I would think the cavemen would be good at fighting if nothing else. Then again, most astronauts are ex-military. Then again, they were mostly from the Air Force. I'll give it to the cavemen.
Durring the middle-ages the average man was 5'3" because of malnutrition. I think when you extrapolate that back further to a hunter/gatherer lifestyle, you'd be lucky to get an average height of 5'.
Depends on when and where these cavemen are from. Most cavemen were around 4'6", but some were as big as 6'8" - I think is the tallest fossil discovered and published.... the average male has grown a good foot and a half in the past 50,000 - 80,000 years.
