Hey guys, this isn't much of a debate thing, but it's political so I guess this is probably the place to post this. So there was this assassination attempt on this bulgarian prime minister, Ahmed Dogan. There's some skepticism over whether this is a publicity stunt (due to up coming elections) or not, but the security guards after the attempt really beat the attacker up. The dude seemed scared to pull the trigger... then after getting it slapped away, he just kinda stood there with his hands up like "I didn't do it!"
It's completely and utterly wrenching to watch, even upon finding out it was something called a gas pistol, which apparently is non-fatal from a farther range.
