This is the most important thing said in this thread. If you really like the bar, and you want to keep liking the bar, do NOT make sexy time with the staff. As soon as something feels not-quite-right with your sexy time partner, then things will feel not-quite-right with the bar. There are attractive women everywhere - at the grocery store, in line at the DMV, at bars you don't like, at the library, everywhere. If you have this particular woman set in your sights with some degree of exclusivity, then you are already at a disadvantage because she does not feel any sense of exclusivity toward you (women who are real pro bartenders can, at will, engender the sense that somehow you're 'different' than her other customers). So, if you don't care about hanging out in this particular bar, ask her out immediately. Don't drag it out, keep going to the bar, keep tipping, and so forth - there's no point in doing all that if your only goal is to go out with her. On the other hand, if this is YOUR bar and you like the clientele and you want to keep hanging out there, drop this entire idea about dating the bartender. Don't pursue her, just become a regular customer. Trust me ... if she's really into you, she will initiate things anyway. There's no point in you taking all the risk here.

Dude just ask her with a serious face if she would like to go to dinner sometime and see what she says. If she rejects you and starts laughing just ignore it and remember she is the one serving you and she is lower class...
Just play it cool and ask for her number. If she gives it to you call her 7 times that night. Wrap it up with a "Good night beautiful" text before you go to sleep.

I am just going to play it by ear this Tuesday and see how everything is going. No need to rush and ruin anything for what could just be a phase. I am in no rush so we'll see.
