    We don't need Yao....
    We don't need McGrady...
    We don't need Rafer....
    We don't need Luther....

ALL WE NEED ARE (drumrolls pleaseeeee.........)

    PIT BULLS!!

That's right...we just need a bunch of pit bulls and none of our pit bulls have been injured. The players i mentioned above are not pit bulls. And Ron Artest is the leader of the pit bulls. We're still not dead because the Rockets foundation is built upon pit bulls. When the pit bulls died...that's when the back of our supporting spine cracked. It didn't matter if Yao's bone is cracking ....because the pit bulls are TOUGH!!

Champion of laying bricks and boneheaded plays.

Are there a more ways than Ron tried today to throw the game away.

I love Ron as a person, but basketball wise, under pressure, he is ... urrr, wacky.

We need run some clock down, Ron catches the ball, and 0 for 7 from the 3pt line, 18 seconds left, what did he do, of course, launch a three.

We need to pass the ball, Ron catches the ball, what did he do, of course shaky dribble it down to 5 seconds when all the Lakers converge on him like a pocket facing him, and of course he changed into it.

He gives this team a spine that it hasn't had since JVG, but at the same time his shot selection is about the worst I've seen. When he's under control this has been a good team. When he's out of control, we're battling the opposing team and us. Some of the times I see him tell people to clear out like he's LeBron, I cringe.

I cringe every time he holds onto the ball start shaking and baking. I bet you Shane has better than moves than that.

Yea Ron didn't play well. But understand that he is capable of making those awkward shots and understand that he really REALLY want to made those shots. His shots just ain't falling today EVEN when he's wide open. He'll be fine....luckily they don't need him today. He just had to post up on the right side and back down and dove to the basket..that's when he's most effective. It's like Yao posting on the left side rather than right. I don't want to see Artest getting the ball above the arc and start dribbling and attack from there....it hardly does any good. He's most effective is when he post up on either side in particular the right side. He needs to understand and exploit that....

The pitbulls of this team is the foundation of the team... that's for darn sure. At least when those PRETTY jumpshots don't go in they have the NUTZ to take it strong to the basket.

Ron Artest was 4-19 and 0-6 for 3P. It's not that he only makes 4 shots, it's that he took 19 shots with that kind of shooting percentage. I want to see Luis and Landry get more touches.
