Nobody knows how draft picks turn out in the pros until you got them in games. Morey knows the odds. He is not going to let go of a vet just because he got a rookie.

Hell, the guy got 2 new PFs last season and kept Chuck Hayes. Arthur is going to ride the pine until he proves himself. Only then, will his acquisition have any impact on personnell choices.

Uh, it means some serious leverage for Landry and the opportunity for the Rockets to do a S&T with him for teams that may want him and have someone we want like an athletic wing or a PG....

It means that Landry will get his money. No draft pick is going to be better and no money needs to be paid out either to draft picks.

I know DD has all but moved CL outta here over recent weeks, and with some logic - maybe. Now, if it's a deal to Bucks for Alexander it could make sense in both directions.

I don't want him gone per se......I want the team to get better.....and we need an attacking wing and a PG ...........so if we can trade a SUB player for that......AWESOME.

DD..I'm sorry but Landry is a future All-Star not a sub player. On this point you're wrong.

Maybe so, maybe his knee is hurt.....

None of us know what he will become......but the Rockets have some serious leverage with him now.

    Maybe they move Scola....?

You are probably right here, unless he can move to backup power SF.

You honestly think Landry is an All Star? Seriously? No offense, the guy is a good ROLE player, but I think your homerism has just blinded you judgement.

how dare you be so level headed about this situation. We are supposed to be reactionary and irrational whenever a rockets story breaks.

Fact is none of these late rounders are likely to produce much. Do you really expect Morey to have lightning strike twice? He got three rookies last year that could play. That's unheard of.
