........is gonna be fun to watch........as long as Ron doesn't lose it and get the boot. For all his strengths, his Achilles heal is his temperament. There seems to be a lack of oxygen to his brain cells during crunch time. Hope he overcomes it and we get to see him bang up and down with these guys. If he keeps his head on straight, none of those guys can stay with him.

Artest can take over a game IF HE WANTS, if he wants to be that way, I think he can. Hopefully we wont really need him too, but he's an outstanding talent and I'm glad he's on our side.
Harpring worries me because he stays pretty calm most of the time. I would hate to see Ron get baited into doing something stupid. Is Raja Bell even in the league anymore? J/k
Harpring baited him last year. That's why I'm bringing it up. I can see Bowen baiting him too. And if Bell can bait Kobe........well, he could bait Artest.
Expect him to get tossed a couple games. Hopefully he could turn it around and get in their heads. A lil enforcement here and there will have more than enough teams backing down in no time. Picture someone getting roughed up by Artest on the way to the rim only to be met by a Mutombo elbow. Guys will be jacking up fadeaway 20 footers all night.
among all the defenders mentioned, bruce bowen is the most outstanding one in defence, artest may ranks fourth or fifth on the defensive list. But which one else has such great offensive abilities that artest has? in a word , hell harpring.
i rather see dorsey playing the enforcer in the paint. That block during the scrimmage on AB, thats what i wanted more.
bowen is the dirtiest defender in the league. battier is better in terms of guarding kobe, lebron, and the rest of the best superstars.
Rox/Jazz games are foregone conclusions this summer... Scolandry will shut down Boozer and we'll put Artest on Deron. 4-0 against them in the reg season.
