Ron Artest is in Disneyland not Atlanta, so unless they had a fight on the telephone, there is no fight between posey and artest and whoever wrote that article needs a good kick in the head.

The Pacers refuted an ESPN.com story, citing league sources that Indiana swingman Ron Artest was involved in a fracas early Sunday morning at an NBA party.

Pacers spokesman David Benner said that Artest "wasn't here. He was in Florida at Disney World."

Indiana coach Isiah Thomas appeared shocked that a story about Artest's involvement in an Atlanta incident was being circulated.

Before the game, unconfirmed word had spread throughout Philips Arena that Artest had been involved in a fight. However, several witnesses who attended the party told The Star that they saw Houston's James Posey and Dallas' Nick Van Exel in handcuffs after an incident. Witnesses said they did not see Artest at the party.

The party was put on by the NBA Players Association.

and anyone believing that nick van excel would be a peacemaker in a fight should look up the word gullible in the dictionary, cos it's not there.

Prediction: Ron Artest is going to sue the blank out of ESPN over this.
