Artest on Quite Frankly with Stephen A.....OMG this guy is a freakin idiot....Highly talented, but has a brain of a freakin marble.....What happen to NBA Media and Professional training with this guy? He does not seem regretful to the brawl last year at all....Plans to go into the music industry in 2 yrs....WTF.....talk about lost....

I think that episode is really old. Probably the 2nd show SAS did. I saw it and agree with what you said. Artest is banking on no one screwing with him again instead of him controlling his actions.

Artest knows exactly what he's doing, "any publicity is good publicity." He has become one of the most well known athletes in sports because of his behvior. He's got a contract, now he's got a music career (sort of), but he would just be another player.

BTW, has anyone seen his music video? It actually isn't all that bad.

Well known for all the wrong reasons....He is a very very good player, but head wise come on....I have NEVER seen a player give an interview like he did with Stephen A.....He continues to blame everything on Big Ben....Look at JOneal and Artest giving interview, you can tell who has class and who doesnt.....He is basicly a ticking time bomb with so much of Indiana success dependent on him......I WAS an Artest fan, but not after today.......

Hate himor love him, I would kill to have a guy like that on my team. Just pure guts, toughness, and as 'old skool' as you can get. I love his game.

I think he was joking, I doubt selling two hundred copies of an album is going to 'feed his family'. NBA money is difficult to walk away from. The guy has another semi-max contract waiting for him in the NBA, if he walks away from that, then I am ready to admit that he's certifiably insane.

Yeah but you know what, as much as I love T-Mac I thought his interview trashing Weisbrod after the trade was slightly boneheaded and more diplomacy might have been a better choice.

In Artest's case I think the phrase, "Better to keep your mouth shut and have everyone think you're an idiot than open your mouth and confirm it" applies.

Glad I didn't see it. My stomach is already sick enough knowing Artest is a Pacer.

LOL! Stop dissing the show man, it's actually pretty good, better than anything else ESPN has at the moment.
