At the end of the article:

McGrady: "It's definitely the best team I've ever been a part of."

I think we have heard that phrase for three seasons in a row. It is almost a kinx statement. I almost wish he just said "this team has a long way to go. hey, if we get past the first round, it will be an amazing season"

I agree, Tracy always puts way to much pressure on himself.

Good article. I'm glad ESPN is actually giving us good publicity and showing the less volatile side of Artest. I'm even more excited for the season to get underway now.

For the last three seasons, our team has gotten better every year. It only makes sense for him to say that every year if it were true to begin with.

People ask T-Mac these questions, he just answers them. He's not putting any pressure on himself or bragging. He's just answering questions.

I think the part about the last 3 season is true....the team has evolved from T-Mac 1st year hear to this season. This is easily the best Rockets team, since 97. The team is better in almost every area of the game.

Maybe this team will keep on improving and next year we'll get LeBron James via expiring contracts trade

yes, that would be more realistic. Tracy expressed his expectation for the new season and with the join-in of Artest, he ought to do more energetically if he still wants to lead this team. Tracy faces internal chanllege which is good to him and to the rockets.

Yes, the team seems to be better equipped both in front and back court. But it is still doubtful if Ron-ron and Barry can bring chemical reaction to rockets. We are not sure the start five can keep healthy, also not sure whether they are in peaceful season no matter on-court or in the rest rooms.
