Her son was pointing at gun at other people, he deserves to be shot and quite frankly would've deserved it even if it had been fatal. Once you cross that line of harming people with threatening violence of that nature, whatever happens to you after that point is fair game. I believe the customer who shot him was also black, if he wasn't this would be a race issue.
The family is stupid..... Really stupid.... They all deserve to be put in jail because who knows how many crimes they commit on a daily basis..... Thank God there was a white knight in the store when this happened....
The family should be angry -- vigilante justice has no place in America. Gun ownership should be outlawed completely.
Dont want to get off subject here, by my personal view of outlawing gun ownership is the bad guys will always be able to get guns. Look at how drugs are outlawed and how easy they are to get. Let a few of the good guys out there have a form of lethal self defense as well.
If the perp is going to be prosecuted and the bystander isn't going to be fined or sued in any way, then I'm not going to fret about the family's complaints; they're probably just projecting their own regrets and anxieties.
Good aim by the good samaritan. Not sure how far he was from the robber, but they said the gunman was holding an employee at gunpoint. Firing 5 shots and not hitting an innocent is commendable. But yeah, if the robber died, gold stars for him. He only gets a pat on the back instead.
The alleged thief should sue the shooter and the store. No person whether it be a thief or elderly gentleman should have to fear the gun toting actions of a wild man such as this while simply trying to pick up an extra large Reeces Pieces for 99 cents. This reminds me a lot of the Trayvon Martin case.
Seriously the guy had a gun to employees heads he is lucky to be alive, but the world isn't. 2 armed robberies and his family is complaining? Why not do a better job of raising your kid to not be an armed robber. He got what he deserved - it could have been worse. DD
So whoever was shooting shot five shots, hit the criminal all five times while avoiding the hostage? DAMN. That's some crazy aim.
