Anyone have some youtube link to the highlights for the dumb stupid plays at the end of the game? Just unbelievable.....wonder what the GPA of those players are.....
The game was tied and there was like 1 sec on the clock and the guy fouled. I don't have the youtube, but you should be able to find it on one of the sports sites.. I've seen it about six times today. With about 26 seconds left, Arizona were down by 3 and shooting a 1 and 1. They make the first free throw to cut the lead to 2, they miss the second shot and got the rebound and scored to tie the game. UAB inbounds the ball then Arizona fouls intentionally, which send UAB to the line shooting a 1 and 1. Luckily for Arizona, they miss and Arizona gets the rebound bring the ball down with about 5 seconds to go, takes a shot and miss. UAB gets the rebound with about 2 seconds to go and dribbles to take a desperation heave from half court but once again Arizona intentionally fouls UAB with the game tied......UAB makes a free-throw and win the game by one.
Terrible mistake - but I like seeing the coach give Fogg a hug before he was put on the bench. Edit...hadn't seen the 2nd foul. OUCH!

These kids are stupid, I bet they get by in class just because the can play basketball... Imagine if Garnett went to college, man that would be crazy if he actually had a passing GPA, because we all know Garnett and almost every basketball player in the NBA is ignorant. All their interviews are scripted and resemble the next player's interview. Does anyone see this, or do we only care that they can play. Because it pisses me off to know that someone who knows crap about education reeks the benefits. I love sports, but I think Colleges and High Schools should enforce stronger guidlines to prevent idiots from playing basketball. Like maintaining a GPA and focusing way more on what these athletes are accomplishing in class.
Meh, for the most part you're right. I don't Hill ever goes to class, he's constantly around the union eating and hitting on ugly chicks. Chase is actually in Eller (the business college out here) and he seems like he's quite normal. He runs around campus on a razor scooter 2 ft to short for him. The rest, well, go to the dirty if you wanna see how smart they are. Nic Wise loves fat white chicks for some reason. My lady friend's best friend hooked up with him.
Why? Kevin Garnett was a fantastic student..........His mother was really very, very strict about it........Beyond The Glory.....
