Now that Kmart will be the one creating the shots, Ariza is going to be a role player. Yes, the same role player that made the playoffs very difficult for us in the playoffs last year. What stumps me is now that tmac is gone and kmart is here, will ariza be the whipping boy? or will he be the same player that LA fans loved last year? Seeing that carl landry is the only rocket that I have never heard anyone complain about, Kmart has huge shoes to fill.... will he end up being the new whipping boy?
This will definetly make it easier on Ariza, I think Martin is a better playmaker than he is given credit for. Plus, he knows this offense a bit. Brooks/Martin/Ariza is strong in my opinion.
This was one of the first things I thought of. Getting a legit wing scorer allows Ariza to go back to the position and role he's more suited for.
Good point, perhaps now Ariza can stick to attacking the basket and leave the jump shooting to Kevin. We can now cut down on our brick production (hopefully).
right, but this thread gives a different edge on that idea, incorporating it with the potential kmart trade. hence the people that wrote things like "good idea, i didnt think of it like that" etc
