I am pleased with the Rockets trade for Courtney Lee for Trevor Ariza. After a year of watching Ariza shoot bricks for jumpers and for free throws, I and the Rockets have had enough. With Yao Ming back this season, it is imperative that the Rockets surround him with players that can put the ball in the basket and rid themselves of bricklayers. Ariza was a first class brick mason! And for the money the Rockets are going to save, this was a no-brainer! Lee is a skilled player and can shoot the rock! By mid-season, you guys will have forgotten that Ariza was with the Rockets until we play N.O and you see him jacking up bricks again against our Rockets. And then you will say now I know why the Rockets got rid of that scrub!
yes ariza went thorugh a huge slump wit da rockets but this is just plain rude he's gone now and ariza in my opinion was a huge contributor ...0 star thread
