Hmm. Hopefully Martin can do something.

We saw what happen last time Ariza went out.

Yes. Chances are he re-injured it last game (which is what it looked like mid-game), and so they're going to let him rest instead of continuing to play in pain.

He's played pretty well the last few games. Why do you guys always have to have a scapegoat? If it's not Ariza that everyone's screaming for to be benched then it's Battier. Our rotation is what it is for a reason. Trust me, Rick Adelman is a good coach.

I am excited to see Martin in the starting lineup, however. And since the trade occured, when I play NBA 2k games I make Ariza my 6th man with Martin and Battier in the starting lineup.

Ariza shot well on Saturday, but not on Sunday and it looked like he was hobbling around on Sunday.

Perfect! Unlike you guys I firmly believe Martin needs to start alongside Battier not Ariza. Adelman doesn't have the balls to tell Ariza, but this will help him slide into breaking the news in a positive way. This very well could spark a streak into the playoffs. Martin/Battier will be so effective just wait and see.

No Lowry, no Ariza, no chance.

I feel the same as you Ziggy. I wouldn't call Ariza getting reinjured "perfect" but I do think that the starting lineup should be what you said, and that Ariza can be a great sixth man.
