FOR SOME FOOTBALLL!?? The Season is finally upon us. The grills are being fired up as we speak... the BBQ already marinated(or in us Cajuns case, the Gumbo, crawfish etouffee being cooked)... Nothing is better than Week 1 of the NFL season(expect for the Rockets winning a championship). So, I ask again. Are you ready for bone crushing, temple banging, jacked up hits? Ready to see QB's find the holes in a Tampa-2 defense? Ready to see RB workhorses push the chains forward for a first down? Ready to see defenses dominate, offenses hesitate, and blood pressure levitate? I know I am, but the question is... are you? Here is to another wonderful NFL Season fellow fanatic football fans!!!!!
First Sunday of the football season... this is the official day to kick off the season. The Thursday game was cool and all, but nothing like coming home from Church(although I have not found a good catholic church in Houston I like) and being able to come home too eat popeyes or a home cooked meal and watch some awesome games. Awesome first post. I've been waiting for this day since sometime in early February. Already have my Mario jersey on, sipping on my first cup of coffee of the day. Leaving for the bar in an hour or so, gonna grab the Sunday paper to keep me occupied until noon. Go Texans (and O'Sullivan, Barber, Maroney, Fitzgerald, Colston, Ca. Johnson, V. Davis, J. Scobee and Steelers D...to a certain extent)!!!
right on, I am having a hard time deciding which Saints players jersey I want to wear... Brees Bush Vilma Fujita or Sed Ellis... I think I might have to go with the Vilma, but blah decisions are hard when it comes to this.
Same here. It's the only reason I've been getting up in the morning every day. I just tell myself I'm one day closer to the season. I just can't believe it's here!!
