Are you feed up with Moreyball strategy yet?

  1. Yes, I don't have any more faith in Morey's system. It's all his fault.

Have you been disappointed enough yet? Or do you still believe his strategy will work out in the end for us?

Is it Morey's fault, or Les' fault? Although we will probably make the playoffs this year and maybe even upset someone in the first round depending on our position, let's not fool ourselves and think we have anything close to a contender right now. And we will lose some assets this offseason more than likely for nothing.

Me, I'm about feed up with both, Morey and Les. But I'm willing to give them until this summer to gain back my confidence. If the direction after the summer isn't significantly better, I will have lost all faith in them.

Nevertheless...still always a HOUSTON ROCKETS FAN!

God. Just stop complaining. Honestly, how many teams actually even made a move? Would it have been nice to land a star? Sure. Did you see any stars get traded? Just be happy we traded wasted roster space for Camby and a 1st, and move on.....

I'd probably give em at least one year in the post-Yao era before making judgement.

OMG, HE HASN'T COMPLETELY REBUILT US INTO A CONTENDER IN THE 1 YEAR SINCE OUR CORNERSTONE RETIRED AND WE GOT NOTHING OUT OF IT. BURN HIM WITH FIRE.

    Christ, people.

It's hilarious that so many CF (at least the non-lurkers) can't even understand this simple logic.

We gave up a Never-Will-Be for an expiring contract and a 1st round pick in a very deep draft

We gave up a never-will-be guard and a never-will-be center for a decent big man

Why are people pissed about this?

Not to mention the team is young. I guess people want Morey to get bad young players, so it can look like we are rebuilding with a terrible record.

Listen, no need for people to degrade me for asking the question. I just want to know what other people think about our situation. Ultimiately it is just a game and entertainment for us fans, so we can have opinions about how we like to be entertained.

I'm not saying Morey is a horrible person or anything, but just like we grade the players on their on court performance, coaches, GMs and owners are not immuned to being graded and having opinions on either. Neither are posters and thread starters I guess. lol

    Carry on.

Well that poll is trending in a bad direction for Morey finally. I hope that Dallas picks comes to us and the draft pick he has turns into something too. Probably can sign someone in the offseason with all that expiring money.

I think he has proven he can get decent role players, in the draft and in trades, but he has so far been striking out at getting a star player.

I still think guys like him should be the man behind the man, I don't think he has the charisma, or interpersonal skills to be a good GM, but that is just my op.
