I do not know how to set up a poll but i would like to know what you think our team is like this year compared to last year before all the injuries.

could someone set that up and then lock this thread?

    Thank you

2 years ago...how? Yao is way better...I guess Tmac is a big "if" and no bob sura...but I think a lot of people do not believe in Battier....yet. Alston is a capable starter, and we still have the MLE to sign a guard or maybe a 4. I think Head, Hayes and a FA would not be a bad.

We sometimes forget that we have yet to see a healthy Tmac with the Yao of now.

I say we will be better this coming year. But then again that aint saying much either since every team in the division is just as good or gotten better....

On paper last year's team really was not that much different. With the addition of Battier being the only move, I think we are a better team now that we know what Swift is all about on the floor.

IMO if we can split the MLE with marcus banks and ronald murray(or fred jones) then use small exception on J.R. Smith and throw in a 2nd rounder. then use the big exception on jared jeffries or those orlando scrubs or melvin ely. Sign Lorenzen Wright to whatever money we have left. I just want 3 or 4 of these players out of this list and i think we are definitely good.

    Jared Jeffries
    Marcus Banks
    Either Orlando Scrub
    Ronald Murray
    Fred Jones
    Lorenzen Wright
    Melvin Ely

Or we can use full MLE on one of these guys

Bonzi,Gooden, or Wilcox But we MUST have marcus banks i will go crazy if we dont. Hell Stephen Jackson might not be bad either.

every team in our dvision got better then us over the offseason that was below us 2 years ago..dallas and spurs no brainer better then us...i wouldnt not even say we are close to them to compete with them...there 8th man could be starting on the rox yo....memphis may have lost the best role player in league, but shane is a choker come playoff time....just look at his stats....he will improve around yao and t-mac but dont count him to give us 15 pts a game...NO/OK getting Peja and Chandler and the two big man from draft with the ROY chris paul....chris is the seconed best point behind 2 time MVP...and if peja lights up like the year webber was injured then they are going to give trouble to top teams come playoff...Rockets will be 6th best but still IMO we are no threat, even with both Yao and T-mac....and now Shane....we have no bench, depht,No starting 2,4..and just two all-starts with whole alot of NBDL talent hanging around them.....

everyone on this board want to go after a scrub that just got laid off by knicks or blazers, they couldnt crack their line up then why the heck you suggest we go after them.....luis scola want to play in NBA and spurs wants trade his right, so why not get luis for 2007 first rounder and keep his ass over sea for next 10 year...come we still have V-Span, badman, over sea and you arent worrid about ur own right over sea....we over here suggesting we get that 7 ft..who just got waived by freking Blazers....Portland Blazers.....if all of this fail then fire gundy at trade deadline and get rick adelman...he has proven to be good coach who actually has a freaking winnable philosphy...not saying gundy doesnt have A+ defense and F+ offense....Rick took kingz to conf.final but horray took them out with his luck...

What's worse is that Rox has made one of its division rival better by handing them Rudy Gay and Swift.
