Are Republicans Closet Sex Freaks?

In a word, yes. Yes they are.

Can't they just take out their sexual frustration on interns or something? Or just get a discrete hooker?

The question is, do they CHOOSE to be Republicans, or is it something genetic?

 

People are closet sex freaks. I don't think Republicans are any more susceptible to this than Dems. It's just because they claim to be the bastions of "family values" and "morality" that the hypocrisy for Repubs seems greater.

I don't care what kind of business they like to give eachother, but what I do know is that Republicans are currently failing. Constantly. Professionally, socially and personally.


Next, most will all jump ship because of a loss of control.


It's like that show "Intervention." If they don't have complete control of decision-making, consequences arise including dumb-a$$ John McCain's recent outbursts.

I agree. Republicans only seem worse because they head directly from their anti-gay marriage rallies to their gay prostitutes.

 

When I worked for a Dem Congressman in the late '80's as an untainted youth, I was amazed at how many Republicans were freaks... If they weren't having gay trysts they were seeing how many female staffers they could bang. Of course, there were a group of female staffers who competed to see how many Congressmen they could bang and family values Republicans were worth more on the scoreboard... there were apparently a number of players with large scores.

Capital Hill is a really weird place as just about everyone from the Senator to the mailroom intern has a toxic mix of ego and ambition.

I don't think of them as closet freaks, this is my overall opinion of the top leadership of the republican party.

they use social issues to round up their base, abortion, immigration, welfare, homosexuality, etc. all buzz words to get out a conservative base (and if people think this tea party movenment isn't as much social as it is gov't spending their fooling themselves), the top of the republican party has one goal, to reduce taxes.

they do not care about social issues, but they will use them to get votes.

 

When I first came here (states) I was hunting with a new friend and as we sat on the side of that snowy hill waiting for my first buck my friend actually asked me if Japanese pussie went this way (waving his hands horizontally).

Republicans, no. But, I think the anecdotal evidence around Republican politicians is too great to ignore. Maybe there's something around RNC culture, or DC culture that encourages the behavior and/or promotes bad actors. Alternatively, maybe there's something about the combination of conservative values and the lust for power that biases the population of successful Republican politicians to a particular profile.
