Are Preseason games gonna be televised by KNWS 51?

    I e-mailed KNWS 51 and asked if all games including preseason will be televised again like last year, and this is the reply I got.


    "We are still working on the final details of the agreement but,
    most games will be televised and most will be on KNWS."

    That e-mail was from Sep. 29. Does anybody have any other info? Less than a week away before the first preseason game. Can't wait!

    ALL games will be televised. As they have been, every year for a long time.

    And we should be ready to announce our TV deal tomorrow.

    That sounds like good news. I ve been itching to know what the TV deal was going to be. I cant wait until tomorrow. I hope 51 gets the games this year. If its a cable deal I reckon Ill be spending TOO many nights at the bar this season.

    Tim said all games just like the past several years, so I figure he means all including pre-season since the pre-season games have been aired as well the past several seasons. I dont know about you guys but this has seemed like a really short off-season and I still can't believe Rockets basketball is starting back up in just a few days.

    this is totally off topic, but what was the email address for KNWS? I'm trying to get in to sports journalism or something of that nature. I figure it wouldnt hurt to contact them...maybe an internship or something. Well if anyone knows I'd be thankful if you could post it. Thanks.

    SOrry...for some reason I skipped over the word "all". There is TOO much excitement! The Rockets are about to start playing again!!!!:D Whoooo! ok.....looking like a fool....

    Thanks for clearing that up....I get.....ALL.....ALL GAMES!....;)

    I haven't lived in houston since 1998, so I wasn't sure if the last couple of seasons also included the preseason games. Thanks for the info.
