April Fool's Day Pranks Ideas

I remember last year I made an "what will Clutch do this year for April fools?" thread and damn that was pure idiocy at its peak.

whatever you do i don't recommend acting like you're cutting up potatoes to make hashbrowns, squirting your hand with red fruit punch flavored mio, screaming, and when the person looks in horror trying to help... you say, "gotcha b****!"

almost got decked last year over that.

 

Tell someone you don't like you’re going to do a Harlem shake Video but are going to record everyone's part separately.

Don't know about an April Fools Day prank but my Boss once asked me to help him get back at a Colleague. His Colleague had a stereo in his office that had a remote control to it. I went online and ordered the same remote control one day.

We waited until one day when it was storming outside and I went in the guys office to talk to him. While I am standing there and right as my boss heard a crack of lightning, my boss who walked by with the remote in his pocket and turned the stereo on from the hallway. I acted perplexed along with the guy and said well maybe it was a power surge or something. We let a week pass and waited until the guy had a vendor in his office. The day before I had tuned his radio to some all Spanish Speaking station and turned up the volume. Just as the guy is mid-conversation, my boss walks by and uses the remote in his pocket to turn the radio on. It blares away and the guy gets embarrassed.

Over the enxt 2 months or so, everyone in the office took turns doing this and as the guy got suspicious we started making sure we took turns being in his office as this freak occurrence happened. We always waited several days before we'd do it again. We must have done it 15 times and finally the guy took the radio home. My boss walked in the guys office and asked what happened to the radio. The guy explained and my boss said. "Well you might want to take this extra remote home too". They had a history of pranking each other and the guy knew he had been one upped. My boss gave me a couple of extra days off.

A few years ago my buddy posted a craigslist ad saying I was giving away barely used rims because I got new rims and had no place to put them. I was borrowing another friend's car at the time and it had rims. I was hung over as all hell and out of it... got the sketchiest calls/texts from unknown numbers all day about people wanting to 'pick up those rims', 'let me get those rims', 'you still got those rims'. I kept thinking people were coming over to steal the rims and/or rob me. Didn't realize what was going on until the day was almost over.

I got got pretty good. The following year I posted a craigslist ad for my buddy looking for male companionship.
