I've got an older Powermac 1.8 G5. It has the Geforce FX 5200 card in it.

I just bought a 2nd Samsung monitor...this one is a 24" hdtv. I'd like to run dual monitors but don't seem to have the cables to do so.

Currently my smaller samsung is using the dvi cables connected with the small white apple adapter to connect to the LEFT port into the card.

I noticed the port on the RIGHT is not the same as the left so I can't buy the same adapter to use the new Samsung.

Also, will this older Mac support HDMI or will I need to buy a whole new card for that? I don't necessarily need to run HD off of my computer. I may just do that through Comcast or over the air (has a tuner).

My question is: why the difference in the ports in the video card and what adapter do I need? I can't seem to find the answer on the Apple site, but I'm sure it's there somewhere.

    Thanks.
