Hey guys, A buddy of mine recently started his own apartment realty company here in Houston, so I thought I would help him out and post some info here. He has been doing this since college and finally decided to start his own company. He does everything from studios and one bedrooms all the way up to luxury apartments and condos. He covers all the areas in and around Houston as well. He gives the same deals as if you went directly to an apartment complex (no "inflating!") but he does provide a rebate if you write his name down when signing a lease. I know he gives $100 dollars back to you at the minuimum, and I believe it goes up to like $200+ depending on your monthly rent.
