Let's look at what we know: - There are two different forms being used; it is extremely unlikely that anyone but a state would have two different forms Two different forms. The New York/NJ anthrax is apparently not weaponized, the anthrax that was sent to the Senate is. - There are conflicting reports on whether bentonite was used. The official line is no, several other labs say yes. Iraq is the only country known to have used bentonite as a coating for anthrax. Issue unresolved... - Two companies in Pakistan - one an international bank (Bank of Zurich) and an American computer marketing firm have recieved anthrax laden letters, and the first victims are now being received at hospitals (they are not hoaxes); Pakistani officials apparently tried to hide this story for several days, and will not comment on what type of anthrax was used. - Mohammed Atta met with an Iraqi Intelligence agent twice in Prague. He inquired about crop dusters in Florida. - Handwriting analysts have analyzed the letters sent and have concluded that it is highly likely that English was a second language to the writers. - The Senate anthrax (the weaponized anthrax) is reportedly extremely small (much smaller than natural anthrax). Only three countries have the expertise required to mill anthrax to such a size: the US, Russia, and Iraq. I think everyone knows what I think. This is the evidence; all of it is verifiable through nonclassified means. Decide for yourself if it is a lone nut...

Do you work for the NSA or something? And while I'm on the subject, what if it does turn out to be a lone nut? Will you ever believe it and admit that you were wrong? What if it turns out to be a terrorist in the US, not from Iraq? Will you ever believe it or will it just then become a conspiracy to protect Sadaam? I don't mind if I am wrong, but I'm willing to consider all the options. Are you so convinced that you can't even entertain the notion of something other than what you believe now?
Jeff, I said Every single piece of evidence I listed is fully available in the mainstream press. I am not going to go get links for everyone, because frankly I don't care enough whether or not you believe me. Mango? Links, please? I am more concerned with what the authorities are going to do about it. If I see some conclusive evidence - and that will have to be much better than no evidence - then I will seriously reconsider my position. All of the evidence I've seen points in a certain direction, and I'm telling you that. Show me something more than That is not evidence. That is hearsay. Evidence is verifiable. Anyone - even Ari Fleischer - can give an opinion. Or lie. If they would just give one single piece of hard evidence then I might actually shut up. I would not say that a lone nut is impossible right off the bat, Jeff. I am saying that that particular line of inquiry appears to have no evidence to support it, only statements from an Administration which has no desire to start a 3-front war (America, Afghanistan, and Iraq). The evidence points in a decidedly different direction than the official statements do. And as I said, all of this is verifiable through mainstream media. Even the news of the Pakistani infections should have been caught by now. The information is there if you feel like looking for it. Jeff, I am wary of the Iraqis for a reason.
