Niagara Falls is only about an hour away.....it's very nice. I live about two hours from Niagara Falls, and about three hours from Toronto, but I've never been. I always wanted to go. Catch a Blue Jays game.
http://www.concierge.com/destination/toronto?mbid=google ^^^^ some good stuff http://www.toronto.com/ ^^^^ very good site. http://www.torontoplus.ca/ anyway since i don't know what you are into…(clubs and bars...what kind of touristy stuff you like)… i thought it would be easier if you just check out the above websites.
catch a bluejays game...they're doing really good right now. or an argonauts game - you'll get to see ricky williams in CFL action.
When I went to Montreal a month ago and was on a week long business trip. We stayed right next to Concordia University. I found out 2 things: 1. Canadian Chicks are HOT! 2. Canadian Chicks are EASY! Now I don't know if this applies to all Canadian chicks or not but it sure seemed like it in Montreal. Maybe I was just on fire that week but personally I cannot wait to go back.
Shopsy's, baby!! And when the exchange rate kicked ass a few years ago they were about 75 cents a pop. Catch a Jays game, do the CN Tower, check out Casa Loma (Toronto's "castle"), see a show at Second City, spend a day at Canada's Wonderland and make the trip to Niagara Falls if you've got the time. Toronto's a marvelous city...just like New York except cleaner, safer and devoid of New Yorkers.
Toronto just might be the most international city in the world. If you like authentic food, you can find virtually EVERY country on earth represented. Art, theater rivals anybody except New York. Nightlife is rockin. Lots to do in Toronto. I can't wait to go back.
