Just curious...is there any word on Steve's visit to the Mayo clinic? New treatments, diet, anything?
Not surprised he has not gone yet...the team has been trying to get him to deal with this for over 9 months. STEVE, if you are reading, please listen to your doctors, and visit, they may be able to help. Yes, I know....no headaches this summer, well, did you see that STRESS and strenous activity are 2 of the biggest causes of Mineares outbreaks? Since you are out after shoulder surgery, and have none of the above, you could just be in a lull. DaDakota
Damn, he didn't go the first time because he was too much of a competitor. In here, that means he's selfish. Damn, Dada, you just keep picking on the guy for anything you can find. He's already gone once, that's why his migraines weren't as bad during the last third of the season and this summer. He's scheduled to go again, he said he was going again, it's been talked about in here, and still your making it seem like he's too immature to listen to the team. Chill out man.
Oski, He skipped going during the season, he did not listen to his doctors who told him to cut out alcohol and salt, and he continued to eat poorly and get migraines, even though he was diagnosed in December. I am not down on him, just want him to grow up, and start listening to the professionals around him. DaDakota
He wasn't diagnosed in December, he didn't even come off the IL from his foot injury until Dec. 28. He wasn't even diagnosed until Feb 27. I know he didn't listen at first, he went to get a 2nd opinion, he didn't just scoff at what the Docs told him. When he skipped going the first time, it's because he wanted to play, to compete. Remember when Jordan was young and he had injured his leg pretty badly. Krause wanted him to miss the rest of the season so that they could get a good draft pick, but Jordan came back and took the Bulls back to the playoffs. You see him as immature, I think Steve is a competitor. I can't find an article, but I know he eventually went to the Mayo clinic and he has changed his diet. Look at this article here.
