    One more race and Ashley Force Hood will be the first female since Shirley Muldowney to win in a top fuel car. First in funny car ever.

    I hope the fix isn't in, but regardless, Ashlee has had a fix-free bracket, and she's beaten every comer so far. Unfortunately she going against her teammate, reminiscent of Shirley Muldowney herself when she went up against Connie Kalitta.

    Ashley would be much more successful if she wasn't aways pulling over to ask directions to the finish line.

    This is pretty historic, the finals were very competitive and Ashley just made some history, her win is probably as big as any females win in motor sports.
