Hey Kirilenko got 11/19 shots and they still lost.

He did turn it over 7 times...

    Quite a stat line:

    A. Kirilenko
    45 mins
    11-19 pts
    1-2 treys
    4-4 free thows
    6 offensive rebounds
    14 total rebounds
    3 assist
    7 turn overs
    3 steals
    5 blocks
    1 fouls
    27 pts

And lost to a team that scored 64 pts!

Toronto outscored Detroit and Utah combined tonight.

BTW, if you didn't see the game, Detroit did not score a single basket in the 4th quarter. They hit 6 free throws, but not one shot from the floor. And still won.

Kirilinko was blocked on a lay up to tie the game with about 2 seconds left.

What's more amazing was the Pistons did not have any FG in the 4th quarter, only 6 FTs.

EDIT: didn't see the above post.

The most amazing thing was that Detroit didn't hit a single FG in the final quarter - they hit 6 free throws, but not one shot from the floor... and still won

this is now the second crazy ass no field goal stat detroit has had this season.

earlier hamilton became the first player in nba history to lead his team in scoring in a game in which he didn't hit a field goal.

went i believe 0-10 from the field but got 14 free throws and made them all and since the pistons didn't even break 70 i think he ended up being the high scorer.

a no field goal high scorer and winning w/o a 4th quarter fg, in one season. amazing.

Ridicoulous the NBA.com recap says it was defensive game lol pathetic shooting performance is more like it. When a team wins when they score 64 points it has to be a low point for the NBA, even with Detroit's great defense that is pathetic.
