It's getting some of the best reviews I've seen in some time. I figure this will hold me over until Unreal Tournament 2004 comes out next year.
let me be the second to say that I have purchased it but not opened it yet. I've heard raving reviews and EVERYONE loves it. A mixture of BF42 and CounterStrike like(speed wise) I don't know DD's excuse, but im waiting for my new comp to come in.
Planning on getting it soon. I am still wasting my time on BF1942 and NFL2004. Picked up Prince of Persia and LOTR The return of the king today.

I'm playing single player because my copy is unplayable online. It's decent, but I magine it's much better in online multiplayer mode.
What server are you playing on? I had plans to reload this during my hliday break and I might look to see if I can find you. CK
I'm planning on either that, Deus Ex 2, Max Payne 2, or Knights of the Old Republic for the game I start after I finish No One Lives Forever 2, which is fantastic by the way. Perhaps next week . . . Call of Duty looks phenomenal, and you're right, the reviews are fantastic. I'm eagerly anticipating picking this one up!
DaDa would probably be a better teacher. I suck at the game but it is addicting. I like to drive the trucks around or camp out and be a sniper. If you have the game there is a cool mod called Desert combat. It modernizes everything for a change of pace and is equally fun to play. I don't think the game os real difficult but I don't have the time to put into it to practice and get real good and I don't play many FPS games because most give me motion sickness.
I am playing this right now. I love it. THe storyline is excellent but the gameplay is fairly easy. I am close to 30 hours(from what I have read it is on average 60 hours long) into it and there are tons of fun sidequests I am currently playing to the light side but I will eventually replay it as a dark side charater.
From a dude who hates RPGs, I can't tell you how much I love that game. I'm on my second playthrough (dark this time) and it's almost as fun as the first time. I admit though, since I went through on lightside the first time, you can't help but feel guilty when the other characters scold you and act all disappointed in you when you act like a jerk on darkside, and waste innocents etc....although the dark jedi powers are pretty awesome. You can basically use them to win whole battles by themselves.
I play on OSF- The Ardennes Forest...my handle is Boki. And trust me....I DOMINATE at BF. NOLF is a great game as is KOTOR, we are borrowing a lot of storytelling methods for our current game from KOTOR. Of course.....in the middle earth. DD
