I am doing some build out and additions in Live and i need a contract to counter a bid that we are getting tomorrow. He said he is too busy and won't be able to get the work started until Mid May which puts us really behind schedule. We want someone to be able to do it ASAP. what type of work Stack? I had a guy just build me a custom tile master bath and he was excellent, and fair on price. He actually does all of Landry's tile and deck work, she he is experienced with resteraunts.
