Im thinking about buying a home in that part of town, do you recommend it? i work in Downtown and traffic seems pretty smooth. Please let me know what areas are good.
I just sold a home in that area (Atascasita(Spelling?) Forest) and I mainly sell towards Clear Lake. There are a lot of homes being built out there. I would recommend the area. Many schools are being built up out there so that's a plus if you have kids. Easy access to 1960, Beltway, Intercontinental Airport, the mall, etc. There are lots of fast food places, restaurants, and what not all close together. If you need any Realtor help, let me know.
hey, i had a question... whats the best way to find out about commercial real estate for lease? and is it different by anychance for a non profit organization?
The best way to find out is to find a location you see that fits your need. There should be a number there about leasing. Call them and ask them about prices. Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate! Find out if they will help in buildout, if CAM is included in the lease price, and etc. They might give you a break if you were a non profit organization or they might not. Depends on the landlord. Once again I'll say this. Haha If you need Realtor help, let me know. Seriously, the landlord pays our commission for finding a tenant, so if you need help looking for a location, negotiation, and financing and what not, let me know.
You think traffic to/from downtown is smooth? BAHAHAHAHAHA! I drive the opposite direction from rush hour on the Eastex Freeway and it's awful. If you work odd hours, then fine. Otherwise, your commute will be tense and slow unless you use the Park and Ride.
