Preferably cheap (India or China). Need someone with expertise in web development, social media app integration (facebook/twitter/foursquare), running service side services, and mobile app development. Not all of those things, but a few would help.

I've used it several times. It's like eBay, you put the work you need done out there and ciders bid on it and you accept which one you like. They have feedback too so you know who is good, old, new etc.
What's the technology or language you prefer for someone to be scripting? HTML only, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, Perl, Python, .Net, VBscript...? WHAT? Would it be a contract job or a permanent job? Do you need this person for one or many sites? Paging ClutchCityReturns? That doesn't mean you can't send him a message through the board. Just search for him in a thread where someone talks about Aaron Brooks and he'll have responded 26 times to anyone saying he's not a good player anymore.
