Hey guys, I normally do my taxes myself, but this year is going to be difficult. Up until September I was working in the Corporate world and got a w2 for it. In September I went to contract work and thats what made my taxes difficult this year. Its not much money. Probably less then 26,000 for the year. I just need someone to help me with my write offs and make sure im not paying anymore taxes then what I should. Obviously I'm willing to pay, I just would like someone who is aggressive with their write offs and can limit how much in taxes I can pay this year. Do you guys have any recommendations? Maybe a clutchfans discount haha. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Define "aggressive". Legally aggressive or we are cheating aggressive. I can help you get the most back under the rules but I can't if you are trying to do the Roger Clemens thing. Just shoot an e-mail/PM....
so you'll have a w2 from your corporate job and a 1099 from your contract work. why is it more complicated? do you have gains/losses in the stock market? is the 26k your total income for the year? or just for the contract work? in the past, what sort of deductions have you been taking?
